The Community Impact Team gives people who are experiencing homelessness the opportunity to get back into the workforce by providing meaningful volunteer opportunities and a chance to give back to the community. As a transitional work program, team members earn points that they can redeem for gift cards, which helps them provide basic necessities for themselves. 

The Team meeting is Saturday 10 – 11 am and the teams actually do their volunteer projects throughout the week. Volunteers are needed to help as relational advocates, who can walk alongside team members while they work on finding employment and housing. Additionally, subject matter experts in job readiness skills are needed to teach workshops.
