Description:

Project Hope Alliance serves at-risk and homeless youth in our communities. We start with the conviction that all things are possible for homeless children. We provide a holistic approach to solving challenges and address all aspects of life: educational, psychosocial, developmental, financial; because we want to provide the level of care to children experiencing homelessness that we would give to our own children.

We are looking for basic hygiene items and snack food that most kids to use and eat day-to-day. It's possible to buy many of these items in bulk packages that we can break into individual kits.

The items we most need include:

  • Snacks: Chips, Cookies, Granola Bars, Juice Boxes, Fruit Cups, Mini Cereal Boxes, Beef Jerky, Crackers
  • Hygiene items: Deodorant, Shampoo, Body Wash, Razors

You can have more fun with the project by decorating and filling brown bags with the items!

Project Hope Alliance barrels will be available at the Rally site at Vanguard University for item drop-off between 8 am and 12 pm on Saturday, May 15th.

Want to get started making a difference now? Project Hope Alliance currently has 200 youth on their waiting list. You can help them raise the funds needed to enroll these youth by building a Box of HOPE!
